About
Ena Mulavdic and Ebrahim Mohammadian, distinguished jewellery designers and artists, collaboratively operate within their jewellery design enterprise, ELIRD. Established in 2016, the studio underwent a rebranding from "Jewellery EM" to "ELIRD" in 2019.
The genesis of their shared studio can be traced to a profound friendship characterised by years of mutual support and a deep resonance with each other's life philosophies. Furthermore, the fusion of diverse cultural backgrounds and origins that they share lends a captivating allure to their companionship, imbuing ELIRD studio with a distinctive charm.
Their artistic exploration encompasses the entire spectrum of life, encompassing birth and mortality, along with the manifold emotions and experiences that life entails, such as love, hatred, joy, sorrow, anticipation, and adversity. Each creation by ELIRD is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece, bearing an indelible imprint of their unparalleled artistic and design prowess. Their distinctive aesthetic emanates from a wealth of creative skills and the unrestrained utilization of a diverse range of materials. Their designs represent a harmonious synthesis of their diverse and rich backgrounds, resulting in profound and exquisite jewellery creations. Every piece of ELIRD jewellery is a unique work of art meticulously crafted by Ena and Ebrahim, who oversee the entire creative process, from initial design to modeling, casting, carving, miniature oil paintings, sculptures, intaglios, stone settings, enameling, and post-production, all executed with a profound affection.
Ena and Ebrahim's artwork has been exhibited internationally, featured in numerous design festivals, and showcased in various publications.
