This document outlines the Terms & Conditions governing the use of the website elird.com and ELIRD’s official social media accounts (@elirdjewellery on Facebook and Instagram). It also governs all communications, purchases, and orders made with ELIRD, including bespoke and custom-made pieces.

The terms “ELIRD” (referred to as “we,” “us,” “our,” or “elird.com”) refer to ELIRD o.d., registered with ID No. 4303 221 000 002 under the Tax Administration of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using elird.com or engaging with us. By using elird.com or interacting with us in any way, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you are not authorised to use our website or services.

When purchasing or placing orders with ELIRD, you accept these Terms & Conditions as outlined below.

GENERAL INFORMATION

ELIRD operates as a working studio, not a retail shop. Visits to our studio must be arranged by prior appointment via email at info@elird.com. This ensures we can fulfil ongoing commitments efficiently.

PAYMENT TERMS

All orders are processed via international bank transfer or cash payment at our studio location. Prices are stated in EUR or BAM (for Bosnia and Herzegovina clients).

PAYMENT DETAILS

- Upfront Payment: A 50% upfront payment of the total invoice amount is required before project commencement unless otherwise stated.

- Bank Transfer Fees: All associated bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.

- Cash Payments: For cash payments, an official receipt will be provided.

Payments must include the quote or invoice number as a reference.

PURCHASING ONE-OF-A-KIND DESIGNS

ELIRD does not operate as an e-commerce platform. All inquiries and orders must be made via email at info@elird.com.

CUSTOM DESIGNS

Every piece is handcrafted and unique. We cannot recreate exact replicas of past designs. If your desired piece is sold out, we may create a similar design with minor differences.

Design Process:

- Drawings, sketches, or previews are not provided before the design is completed, as this aligns with our creative philosophy of artistic freedom and expression.

RING SIZING

Correct ring sizing is crucial for comfort and wearability.

- It is recommended to measure your size at our studio or with a trusted jeweller.

- Online sizing guides are not reliable and may result in inaccuracies.

- Size or volume limitations may apply depending on the design.

All dimensions are provided in millimetres (mm) and ring sizes are according to European standards, unless otherwise stated.

RESIZING

ELIRD does not currently offer resizing services. However, if resizing is possible for your design:

- Additional costs and material fees will be communicated.

- Excess materials (e.g., gold) will be returned to you or retained for future projects with ELIRD but will not be refunded.

- The possiblity of resizing will be stated on your quote and/or invoice.

COLOURS

While every effort is made to ensure accurate product imagery, colours may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings.

SHIPPING

ELIRD ships worldwide via DHL Express, with insurance included.

Shipping details:

- Goods are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

- Shipping is free for eligible items. Please confirm eligibility before purchase.

- Certain items may not be eligible for international shipping and will need to be collected from our studio.

DAMAGED GOODS

All shipments are insured to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, in the event of visible damage to the packaging or product upon receipt:

- You must notify ELIRD at info@elird.com within three (3) days of delivery.

- Retain all original packaging, as it may be required for the insurance claim process.

If a product is damaged during shipping and a claim is approved by the shipping insurance, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Please Note: ELIRD cannot be held responsible for damage caused after delivery, mishandling, or failure to report the issue within the stated timeframe.

REPAIRS

Repairs are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

- Manufacturing Defects: Repairs due to material flaws or manufacturing defects within three (3) days of receipt are free of charge.

- Other Repairs: Repairs not covered by defects will incur charges, including costs for materials and gemstones.

Shipping and customs fees for repairs are the responsibility of the client.

RETURN POLICY AND REFUNDS

ELIRD does not offer returns or refunds.

CUSTOMS DUTY AND VAT

Prices do not include local taxes or customs duties, which are the sole responsibility of the client. Any delays caused by customs clearance are also the client’s responsibility.

JEWELLERY CARE

To ensure the longevity of your jewellery:

- Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, oil, soap, salt, chlorine, and other chemicals.

- Remove jewellery during physical activities, bathing, and sleeping.

- Store in an airtight bag or jewellery box, away from sunlight and humidity.

Note: ELIRD is not responsible for allergic reactions, mishandling, or natural wear and tear.

All content on elird.com and @elirdjewellery social media accounts is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to ELIRD. This includes images, text, videos, and designs. Reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior permission.

We collect and store personal information such as your name, address, email, and phone number solely for processing orders and improving user experience.

- Data Protection: Personal data is stored securely and not shared with third parties.

- Payment Security: ELIRD does not store payment details (e.g., credit card numbers).

Your privacy is treated with the utmost care in compliance with applicable privacy regulations.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

- Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions will be adjudicated in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

- Where local consumer laws differ, we will provide similar protection where possible.

UPDATES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. The latest version will always be available on elird.com. By continuing to use our services, you agree to any updates.
